Can I upload my own photo, logo or artwork?
Yes. Custom product pages include an upload field so you can submit the image or artwork you want RKD to use.
What if my design needs extra work?
RKD reviews custom order details before production. Extensive photo editing, specialty artwork, extra print locations or rush requests may cost more, and we will contact you before production if the price changes.
Can I order for a school, team, reunion or business?
Yes. RKD accepts group orders and offers volume pricing for qualifying quantities.
How far ahead should I order a custom photo cake?
Please order at least 4 days ahead. Custom photo cakes are currently offered for local pickup only.
Do custom items look exactly like my screen?
Colors and placement can vary slightly between screens, garments, blanks and the finished print.
