Custom ordering with RKD
Can I upload my own photo, logo or artwork?
Yes. RKD custom product pages include an upload field for your photo, logo or artwork.
What information should I provide?
Submit your artwork plus any requested wording, colors, placement and special instructions. Product pages show the specific options available for that item.
What if my artwork needs extra work?
RKD reviews customization details before production. Extensive photo editing, specialty artwork, additional print locations, oversized designs or rush service may cost extra. If your request changes the price, RKD will contact you before production.
Do you accept group orders?
Yes. Schools, sports teams, family reunions, businesses and organizations can request group orders. Volume pricing is available for qualifying quantities.
How far ahead should I order a photo cake?
Custom photo cakes require at least 4 days' notice and are currently offered for local pickup only.
Will the finished color match my screen exactly?
Not always. Screens, garments, blanks and printing processes can produce slight differences in color and placement.
