Custom order policy
Because personalized products are made using customer-selected artwork, photos, wording, colors or other instructions, custom orders are generally final once production has started.
Customer-provided artwork
Customers are responsible for submitting clear artwork and for having the right to use any photos, logos, names or other content provided to RKD. RKD may request a replacement file when an image is not suitable for printing.
Order review
RKD reviews customization details before production and may contact you to clarify artwork, placement, wording or availability. Specialty artwork, extensive editing, additional print locations, oversized prints or rush service can require an additional charge.
Errors or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or RKD made an error in the customization, contact redkarmadesigns@gmail.com promptly with your order information and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Customer-approved details
RKD is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted wording, names, dates, numbers or artwork when the order was produced according to the submitted information.
